ABOUT

-DETAILS-

The person who ACCOMPLISHES great things begins by doing the small things daily.  Nobody sees them, cares or talks about them, but they need to get done.

Sports have been a part of my life since I learned to walk. Football, tennis, basketball, soccer – you name it, I’ve likely played it. By the time I hit high school, I had committed myself to tennis. I played Division 1 tennis at the University of New Mexico and it was there that I became passionate about building a better athlete through strength & conditioning, mental skills, athletic training, physical therapy, nutrition and athletic development.

Most recently, I was at the United States Tennis Association where I was the Director of Performance. Prior to that, I spent 12 years in the National Football League including Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Vikings and an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. Before moving into the NFL, I spent 2 years working with collegiate programs including softball, soccer, basketball, golf, swimming, water polo and volleyball to name a few. You may know my work through players like Jack Sock, Amanda Anisimova, Mackie Mcdonald, and Taylor Fritz.

I am focused on players’ physical development, mental toughness and well-being. The foundation to everything I do is consistent: improve movement patterns, improve health and resiliency all to improve performance.

I am committed to developing champions. Let’s see what we can accomplish together.
